As you know, Bitfresh is in a hard place like a lot of other early projects and has been having problems for some time now, in the past couple of months the project has been struggling to keep its head above the water, and unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned…
To be able to speed up the development and launch the WAX version, we hired new resources, and due to the current market situation, we don’t have any more money to keep the development and project ongoing.
We’ve been discussing the future of Bitfresh over and over within the team. We’ve been looking for solutions and alternatives but despite hours of brainstorming and talking we no longer believe we can keep the project alive.
In the current market and in the platform’s current state it would need a miracle for Bitfresh to recover, to prevent giving false hope on a speedy recovery, or launch another presale in an uncertain market for a project that has already been struggling, we decided to let the project go.
Over the coming days, we will try and make all of our work open source to enable anyone wanting to take over to do it.
We would like to thank everybody that has supported the project, this is a sad moment for all of us.
